Wine Hiking Tour with Wine Tasting

​​​This tour is a beautiful walk through the hills of Esslingen and allowing you to see the beautiful and important vineyards around Esslingen. This is a great tour for those returning to Esslingen, and want to see more.

This themed tour is all about wine -- its history, the importance it had and still has in Esslingen, and the chance to enjoy a beautiful hike through the sloped vineyards.   At the end of the tour, there will be a possibility to try several different wines at the local wine Co-op and to understand how they are produced. ​We will start the tour at the famous "Church of our Lady" and then make several stops along the way and some incredible views of the Neckar valley.

This walking tour is approximately 120 minutes long and has over 6000 paces, with some sloped paved trails and steps.  In addition, the wine tasting last about 1 hour We can adjust the pace to meet your needs.  Good shoes and a good fitness level are highly recommended.
